Delivery across Sri Lanka

We deliver within Sri Lanka. Delivery charges depend on the destination and parcel weight.

• Western Province: LKR 450 for parcels up to 1 kg, plus LKR 70 for each additional kg.
• Outside Western Province: LKR 750 for parcels up to 1 kg, plus LKR 90 for each additional kg.

Normal delivery takes approximately 2 days. Contact us to confirm the final delivery charge and estimated delivery time for your address before placing your order.

Returns within 7 days

Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your item. Under our store return policy, only unopened and unused items are accepted; opened or slightly used items are not accepted. The customer pays the return courier charges. Contact H Zone on 077 538 3000 or WhatsApp with your invoice or order details to arrange your return.

Credit notes

Under our store return policy, accepted returns receive a credit note rather than a cash refund. We issue the credit note within 7 days of accepting the return. Contact us to confirm the return arrangements.
