Buying from H Zone

H Zone (Hardware Zone) supplies security and technology products from our Panadura showroom. These terms explain orders placed on hzone.lk. Contact us if you need help choosing a compatible product or arranging a separate installation quotation.

Products, prices and your order

Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Check your selected model, quantities, current availability, warranty details and delivery address before placing an order. The checkout shows the item subtotal, the LKR 750.00 flat Sri Lanka delivery charge and your final payment total before you submit.

After a successful order submission, the website provides an order reference and a Pending payment confirmation. Keep that reference for payment and support. Creating an order does not mark it paid or reserve stock; availability is subject to confirmation when we process it. We will contact you if there is a stock or order issue.

Payment and dispatch

Pay by Bank Transfer using the account details and final total on your order confirmation. Send your payment slip and order reference to H Zone WhatsApp 077 538 3000. Payment is confirmed only after H Zone verifies the funds; a transfer slip alone is not confirmation.

Dispatch follows payment verification. Normal delivery is approximately 2 days after dispatch, subject to the delivery estimate. See our Delivery & Returns policy for the current delivery charge and return arrangements.

Installation, compatibility and warranties

Installation, cabling and site work are included only where the particular product or package explicitly says so. Builder estimates and installation requests that require a site quotation are handled separately. Ask H Zone about equipment compatibility before ordering if you are unsure.

Warranty duration and coverage depend on the item. Use the warranty information on the relevant product page and contact H Zone with your order or invoice details for support. We do not apply one warranty duration to every product.

Returns and credit notes

Our store return policy accepts unopened, unused items within 7 days of receipt. The customer pays return courier charges; there is no restocking fee. Accepted returns receive a credit note within 7 days of acceptance, with no cash refund or direct exchange under this store policy. Read the full return policy.

These store terms do not limit applicable consumer rights or product warranties.
