Start with your property
Tell us which entrances, rooms, counters or outdoor areas to monitor and what detail you need to see. Placement, lighting, mounting surfaces and cable routes affect the result. Existing equipment can be considered after exact models and condition are checked.
Discuss where the recorder, display, network equipment and power supplies will go. Remote viewing needs an appropriate connection and setup; camera count alone does not define a system.
Know what your quote includes
Compare actual cameras, recorder, storage, power equipment and accessories. Confirm cable allowance, wiring method, additional work, transport and installation area before booking. Service availability and site costs are confirmed with your quote; an equipment price is not an automatic installation price.
Some packages include installation, while equipment-only packages leave it separate. Read the selected terms and ask about unclear work or components. Warranty information applies to selected items and stated terms.
Plan the handover
Ask how recording, playback and any supported mobile viewing will be demonstrated. Agree who will manage access and which settings should be reviewed after setup. For an initial discussion, share your location, areas to cover and existing equipment models.
